Last week Triscom was invited to visited Camelicious camel farm in Dubai.

First we went to see the camels. What a good looking, curious animals. 

After the milking they stand together with their calfs.

Everyday they have to walk 8 km to keep in good shape.

Look at this beautiful cute camel of only one week old.

In total they have nearly 5000 camels.

Next to the farm is the factory where they process the milk.

Hygiene measures and forms to fill in before entering the plant.

The camel milk is collected in big tanks and processed to camel milk powder by spray drying. The spray drayer is an investment from 2017. The staff is working from the seperate room to handle the process by computer.

The factory can also process the camel milk to fresh, ready to drink, 250 ml bottles. They also have a line to make camel milk ice cream.

After the visit we tasted the different products of Camelicious. Fresh camel milk with chocolate, camel milk laban, camel milk cappuccino, camel milk ice cream with pistachio, dates or cinamon. Very tasty.

We were impressed by the Camelicious camel farm and factory.
