The 2013 event had 6,777 exhibitors from 98 countries and attracted 154.462 trade visitors from 187 countries. The entire exhibition centre is occupied during Anuga. This center is the fifth largest in the world.

The unique aspect of Anuga is the fact that it hosts 10 individual trade fairs that cover all aspects of the beverage and food sector. This varies from fine food to drinks and from dairy to organic products.
